In 2022, I had the pleasure of working with Nestled In Properties, a company on a mission to create beautiful, eco-conscious turnkey homes. Their homes are designed with minimalist interiors, making them both stylish and environmentally friendly, as well as energy-efficient. The aim is for their customers to move straight into a beautifully completed home without the need for additional styling.
The target audience for this project was 35-50-year-old professionals who are financially equipped to afford a premium turnkey home but are often time-poor and lacking the design expertise to fully realise the potential of their new property. The branding needed to communicate both the high-end, contemporary aesthetic of these homes and the company’s commitment to sustainability.
The logo was designed to symbolise everything Nestled In Properties stands for, with each component carefully chosen to reflect their core values:
These elements were combined into a cohesive icon that clearly conveys the brand’s message.
For the logo’s typography, I opted for a simple, clean, and minimal font that aligns with the modern, minimalist interior design of Nestled In Properties’ homes. The font reflects both the style of their homes and the ease with which clients can transition into a fully prepared home.
