Book Design: Simply Saltbush

In collaboration with Aimee Linke, I had the pleasure of designing and bringing to life “Simply Salt Bush,” a 124-page guide dedicated to the diverse and resilient Chenopodiaceae family—commonly known as chenopods or saltbush—in the Murray region of South Australia.

For this project, I designed the layout, formatted the book, and prepared it for print. I also arranged for printing, ensuring that every detail was print-ready.

This book is not just a field guide; it’s a tribute to a group of plants that often go unrecognized despite their extraordinary ability to thrive in challenging environments and restore degraded landscapes. Whether you’re exploring the River Murray, the arid lands to the north, or beyond, “Simply Salt Bush” is your go-to resource for identifying and appreciating the unique flora of this region.
